Had to use my applebees certificate today before they close up tomw because it expires on 3/31!!! My meal was only 540 cals (a little high in sodium due to spices and I forgot to ask for light seasoning)!!! Could have done a lot worse (like my skinny 16 year old son did at almost triple my cals)! 😃
