Um ya... so not feeling it today. :( I knew these days would come at some point but I was hoping they wouldn't. I just don't feel like paying attention to anything today. Don't feel like eating or not eating, don't feel like cooking or thinking of cooking, and don't care about the scale. WTH? I am going to hope it is just PMS and this doesn't continue for very long.

I feel the same. I just don't want to do this at times. I hope you get passed this and keep going. I am sure you will, these feelings usually go away and we are here to help motivate you. You really have come a long way and don't want to give up now. Good luck to you

We all feel that way sometimes, that is why we are all here. Read some forum posts and journals and get re-energized. If all else fails, just make sure you break even and don't over consume.
