早餐:红枣豆浆、黑咖啡、红豆包
午餐:蒜香蜂蜜煎鸡腿肉鸡腿菇、橘子
晚餐:鸡蛋糕、抹茶蛋糕、腰果

下班到家饿了,刚吃了一点,都是小块的
今天喝了三杯番泻叶,终于上厕所了。
现在出去跑步,跑完回来再跳20分钟keep
