Rereading some of my old journal entries is both encouraging and discouraging at the same time. While I can see that I've struggled and succeeded in losing weight in these past two years, I also see myself failing in the same areas again and again. I just can never, never, never stop watching what I eat and making sure to keep at least moderately active.
