早餐:黑咖啡,绿豆糕4块
午餐:蒜香蜂蜜烤鸡腿肉、芝士酸奶、橘子
晚餐:羊杂碎、猪头肉油饼夹馍、蓝莓果汁
下午骑单车跑了十几公里,又走了好久终于找到了心心念念的羊杂碎,两年没吃到了,太想念了!😍😍😍
一会回去练练胸,有氧核心训练20分钟
