Chris1979's Journal, 16 Sep 10

Like Amy I am a huge Phillies fan so WHOO HOO up 3 games what what!!! :) Lidge choked last night but I'll let that slide since they still got it done and he has been doing better lately.

Okay, I had to get up at the crack of dawn so I hurried and dressed and then was like SHOOT I forgot to weigh in. Tomorrow hopefully I will remember!

I have a nice healthy lunch packed b/c they are having some potluck at lunch and I know it is going to be very unhealthy foods!

I'm 5'5 so 145 is my highest poundage for "healthy" under BMI indicator. I do need to tone up as Moose mentioned. It would be really nice if I could purchase (with a coupon!) some motivation to do so. ;)

I put up a Rite Aid post on the blog last night. I want to add some more to it but I will have to do so tonight.

Three things I'm grateful for today...
1) early to work= early to leave
2) a little chill in the air this morning so I got to wear a sweater
3) CREDIT CARD IS OFFICIALLY PAID OFF!!!

Enjoy your Thursday friends!

You are a good motivator in more ways than one.. EXCELLENT JOB on all your successes... I need my credit card... I never seem to have cash.. or coupons... but I do pay it off every month... it is too handy. I need to check out your blog when I get a chance. Have a great day...

Twoslow... I had been good about always paying off my credit card each month, but then I read an interesting study (and also read in a book) that people psychologically spend more on a credit card than they do on a debit card. That is what got me thinking. :)

I agree about spending more on a credit card.. I guess if you only have so much cash that is all you can spend.. I would be spending very little in that case as I rarely have cash with me... I notice more and more though that when I am shopping sometimes I put things in my cart and when I am ready to check out.. I end up putting a few things back because I start thinking I really don't need them... You are doing really well as there are not too many people your age who are basically debt free... You have a great common sense approach to living within your means...My husband and I have always lived that way.. and I guess that is why now we are able to enjoy life a little more... keep at it...
