Tried the quinoa pasta tonight. It was pretty tasty. Chicken, broccoli, orange and yellow bell peppers, asparagus, onions and mushrooms rounded the meal out. Made a chicken broth, lemon zest broth.
I only ate half

I did find the texture of the pasta wasn't pleasing to me. The rest was delicious
