June 1, Took measurements this afternoon. Same as last month. :( ok I suppose. My waist needs to shrink to 35, it is 37 1/2. Articles I have read, a woman is healthier with at least a 35" waist. Can't seem to get rid of this gut. :( Family traits. Hate em'!
