Making great progress but I always feel like I'm stuck. I look back at the history though and I've lost 3lbs in the past week which is great. It's going so well that I think I'm becoming a little impatient. I suppose I could weigh myself less often. ...Nah

I have that problem too, I weigh myself everyday. It was to originally track a trend then it became a constant reminder that I was derailing. You lost 4.6 lbs from Sunday to Saturday of last week. That is nothing to be upset about at all. That's great. Keep up the good work. It must be some what rewarding to see a smaller number almost every day, but I know when it's like a 0.2 drop, I get a bit upset, like it should have been bigger. Ah well...
