Feeling pretty good today. I went for a jog when I got up today and it is still cool enough in the morning that it is not miserable to do so. I still need to edit my work out mix for when I run changing my songs ruins my pace. But I went out and jogged which is a big deal for me because I HATE it with a burning passion. I has been a pretty boring morning but I'm looking forward to Insanity today. I'm also a little worried for this weekend.I'm going to be working out on my own Saturday,and I'm a little worried that I wont push myself as hard without anyone there to DIG DEEP with. But we shall see. Hope everyone is doing well.

You're going to do great!! I'm going to miss you like a bear :( but you can do it! Also, seriously good job jogging in the morning! I know what you mean about switching songs hahaha. Make sure 'Pretender' is in there! And 'Eye of the Tiger'!
