Oh, yes. Have never tried protein oats. Is that why the brown color?

Yes! I mixed my chocolate protein powder with oats and then added my almond milk to the consistency that I like (:

I started mixing oats, chia, protein powder and almond milk in the morning pre lifting sessions. I’m fine lifting on empty stomach but figured I’d give it a try. It’s delish!!!
