12:00 面包半个、蒜香茄子金针菇
15:30 代餐奶昔、燕麦片
17:00 橘子
18:30 桃酥、抹茶蛋糕

今天一直饿的好快,中午12点吃的饭,2点就饿了。刚绕河边快走了7公里,希望明早能继续掉秤吧
