Found an old pair of faded and slightly torn jeans. Jeans that I haven't been able to wear for donkey's years chiefly because they're a 34R and I've been more used to 38, 40 or even a 42 waist over the last 6 or 7 years!
I think the only reason I kept them was as some kind of time capsule to the days when I was far fitter and trimmer (pre 2012 probably)
Anyway, I tried them on this morning, and they fitted like the proverbial glove! I even needed my belt to stop them slipping.
Happy days!

Well that's your incentive, Sleekbeach. Weighing your self on scales and losing a pound or two is always nice, but you can't see a tangible difference. But when you start slipping into your old clothes, then that becomes a real indicator that you're losing weight. Good luck.
