my diet plan is different then others becox i exercise alot so thats why sometimes i had to eat more carbs to recover ..otherwise i feel too low on energy sometimes when i ignore carbs .. so normaly my ideal diet for me and people who workout 3,4 hours a day is 60 percent carbs, 30 percent protien, 20 percent fat ... and i take 1500 to 2000 calories a day (in workout days) ... in rest days its different .. i eat 1000 to 1200 calories eating low carb diet ... and i also do intermittent fasting (rozay) 😉

tip number one is > when eating try to eat high protein diets , especialy eggs , bcox iff you eat 3,4 eggs a day it will keep you satisfied whole day .. :( its better if you eat just egg whites but eating 3,4 whole eggs a day is also perfectly normal for people who workout ;)

tip number 2 > have 3,4 sessions of workout aur walks etc .. dont just look for long workout bcox its dificult to workout 4 hours continuesly.. so keep your sessions short and repeat 3,4 times .. and do not just rely on 1 or 2 exercises or methods .. try every exercise and try to burn calories using your different body mucsles in each session .. for example in your 1st session you did weight lifting (build arm mucles) , then 2nd session should be high intensity interval training (cardio) , and then 3rd should be walking/running , 4th can be a boxing , soccer, badminton etc ... this way you gonna burn calories without getting bore and your body will respond more by doing indulging different body parts each time ..

tip number 3 > do rest , atleast one day a week , but eat even fever calories then regular workout days .. and keep it in mind that there is no way to progress if you cheat on your diet whether you want to gain or lose .. diet is the most important then anything ..
