早餐:煮鸡蛋、羊肉汤(只喝了汤)
午餐:蒸南瓜、蒜香蒸茄子
下午:炸鸡(和同事一起吃)
中午12点吃完饭,2点就饿了,扛到4点多实在是忍不住点了外卖。还是吃肉顶饱啊😭

葱葱还是蒜苗
这几天来大姨妈,不能运动,就吃的少了,等大姨妈完了我再开始每天多吃点蛋白。碳水的话我就有的时候馋了吃几口面包点心啥的。主食基本上都不吃,就吃菜、肉、水果
