I did not do to good yesterday :( I knew I had to watch what i eat. I shold never let any one tell me you can get back on track tomorrow.

I have already had cake today for breakfast but no more I am going to eat right right now. ....

Sometimes it should be one moment at a time instead of one day....hang in there...it is hard, try to think of something that will be yours when you are healthy. It means more than the cake. Do the best you can....:>)
