Ooooooooooo!! I love my weekends!!! Maybe this one i loved just a weeeee too much.
Monday we back to the grind!
During my lifestyle journey I’ve learnt a lot about me, my will power, my body, my mind and most of all my love for food and my family! With this said, weekends are family time where i go out and enjoy life with my sidekick Willow (2 year old daughter). Part of that is eating out, enjoying treats, playing, relaxing and all the wonderful things.
Hence its a journey for me: my will power is strong, my mind is strong as my discipline during the week is military. But on weekends i choose to enjoy them, i choose to enjoy time and flavours with my sidekick.
My Journey is all about moderation without the prison style living. Having the ability and mental power to step away for an hour or a weekend and come straight back to a disciplined eating program.
For me i think that is the key and the most important ability i have learnt on my journey.
