今天吃的特别特别多,一直很撑
早餐:煎蛋2个,吐司1片,豆浆400ml,香蕉1个
午餐:煎蛋1个,香菇炒鸡腿肉,西瓜,巧克力圣代
晚餐:小份炸鸡,吐司2片,土豆烧肉,红豆奶茶

一会去练练肩,再有氧跳操半小时
