Well today was a pretty shit day. McDonald's for breakfast and KFC for dinner but a lengthy road trip (over 10 hours in the car today) deserved it. I will better at some point...

Travel days are tough when trying to lose weight! Don't be hard on yourself, just start over tomorrow :)

Put that day behind you and focus on the new start. Maybe have a think about what you'd eat if you faced another long journey, so you can be prepared and have the right mindset from the off 😊👍
