Morning all, I have decided to join my local gym. My youngest 3 year old is having trouble with her big sister being in preschool all day so I checked out the new gym in town and it has a great kids area. She can hang out with little kids and play for a couple of hours and I can actually get an undisturbed workout in. I figure I can do that Monday through Friday and the weekends can be family time OR I can do a DVD workout at home, if I fee like it. I am actually pretty excited about the idea of getting to workout and having my little one get some play time. Talk about 2 birds with one stone. Eating is going well but it is more Low Calorie/High Fiber/Clean eating than strictly Fat Smash. I really hope to see a loss on the scale when i weigh in next. That would help keep me motivated, definitely:)
