Have been feeling quite rough with a cough and cold these last few days. So haven't been able to do much exercise, and neither do I feel like eating full meals - just don't have the appetite.
Thing is though, I have been tempted to nibble on junk (I would call it "comfort food" given that I'm ill, lol), but have always shied away from the notion, even though I know there's crisps, chocolates and biscuits to be had in the kitchen.
Am hoping I will be fit and able come the weekend, but I am still having this tug of war between my stomach and brain: the former is saying "You are ill, therefore stuff the diet and go nibble nibble nibble!", while my brain is saying "Nope! Be Good!"
Is it right to "nibble" when ill? :)
