i'm back from a long vacation. I tried to stay on track but was not very successful. Most places we went to eat only had bread and bread like food :( I'm glad i'm back home and as soon as I got back I went grocery shopping for my atkins friendly food. trying to get my water intake up again. it's hard to drink a lot of water when on vacation since you have to go to the bathroom all the time. well happy to be back and waiting eagerly to see the weight drop and drop :)
