I officially suck at goals this week...worked four days in a row...not good excuse...let's get this party started...gotta goal that involves not just me...need to fit into a dress for my BF's wedding oct. 29th...halloween ball reception...sounds like fun huh? She and her fiance' love halloween as well as I do. I have a princess dress that have never been able to zip-up...so gotta loose the middle...hardest part for most women...core exercise is what I need...I'll google that for some expertise..ok rambling...day by day...You all "ROCK" BTW..

Get back with the program Angel. You may have slipped a bit, but if you stick with it, you should see results. Stay within your RDI. Don't try to cut back too much. It's the fastest way to sabotage your metabolism. Do your core exercises and try to keep your protein near 100g and your carbs below 60g. That should help you slim down in the middle.
