早餐:煮鸡蛋、代餐粉、燕麦片
午餐:南瓜、豆皮卷菜、车前子壳粉、橘子
晚餐:西兰花、凉皮、锅巴、蛋白粉、牛奶
下午一直在陪领导巡视,走了不少,晚上又去河边连跑带走10公里,运动量是够了
