I started getting sick yesterday and I just feel crummy as hell today. Sinus headache, stuffy nose, sneezing like crazy, and scratchy throat. I already took a nap today. But I am not going to get off track. I will spread out my excercise and make sure I get all my water in today. In the past I would have used a day like today as an excuse to slack off and then give up completely. NOT THIS TIME! lol Keeping track of all my food as usual and just relaxing a bit watching tv. I'm really doing it this time! :)
