I binged yesterday. The thing I am learning is that when I do bing, it is important to enjoy the day. Do not feel bad about eating. I am not going to eat perfectly every day.
I was disappointed that I started to binge right in the middle of my first weight loss in 3 weeks. I weighed myself this morning and I found that I was still the same weight.
I did something different when I binged this time. I've learned to drink a lot of water while I am on a binge, and increase my water intake for the day. We will see if that helps.
The most important thing to remember is that the next morning, you must wake up the next morning ready to start over.
DRY BRUSHING
After reading a forum on fatsecret, I tried drybrushing and found that it does work. Since I've been doing it, my stretch marks are fading, AND, my breasts are actually tightening.
