The recipe is Katie Lee's lentil sloppy joes. Went pretty much by the recipe. It is definitely going into the rotation. Egads, just noticed how sloppy the plate looks

I do really love that show. I sometimes make my roommate watch it with me if there is some technique we want to practice. It has definitely helped improve and broaden my cooking skills!

p$m..I didn't used to like brussel sprouts but now I get a craving for them. Jen, I love that show. They have great info. I'll look up that cauliflower, black bean taco recipe. Sounds yum

I love Brussels Sprouts. I often roast a giant pan of them, then store them in the frig. Just heat in a pan later with a little olive oil and Parmesan cheese.
