早餐:银耳雪梨汤、焦糖奶茶
午餐:鸡蛋、车前子壳粉、南瓜
晚餐:苹果、辣白菜、凉拌贡菜

今天开始,每个月必须减掉10斤,为期四个月。跟小伙伴比赛,每个月如果不能完成任务,惩罚口红一支,第二个月没完成,惩罚翻倍,以此类推。
