I love toast, must try this, what are the seeds and I agree with you, everything in moderation just balance kcal in, with kcal used once you have reached your goal weight. Happy Saturday.

Exactly. You gain wait if you eat too many calories, not by eating some toast for breakfast!!😁 And the seeds are chia seeds, very healthy, but quite high calories so I don’t have them everyday😊

You need carbs for energy, being a dancer. I need carbs too, for swimming. I have seeds maybe 5 days a week. Omega 3 mix mixed with linseeds from Holland and Barratt.

Defiantly, my diet is filled with carbs (which I love hahahah) The audition went really well thanks, I have to wait a week to find out if I have a recall xx
