好可怕 今天又是不到五點自然醒,根本老人 看了一本書,運動2小時再來吃早餐 話說這椰子卷餅皮真是好吃又好用,低碳水,包覆力又強,今天裡面放了蛋、一片cheese、生菜、兩片有厚度的雞胸肉、翡翠豆苗,翡翠豆苗遇熱縮水了,應該再多包點菜的~~~
