Hello everyone - well here I am three days after my last weigh in when I was distressed after gaining two pounds but today I have lost one of the two pounds I put on so I am very happy. Than you all for your much needed support for if I had not had I would of given up by now . Still had no chocolate crisps or cake since since I started so feel quite proud that I have achieved that x

I always wonder why I can gain weight so quick virtually overnight, yet it takes its time and stays for over a week before it goes 😃
