Earthlady's Journal, 22 May 13

I'm feeling pretty weird, particularly bad ToM and I feel completely drained, literally! Coupled with the busiest time of year at work (I don't have ANY days off now until 9th June)I certainly feel in need of highly nutritious sustenance. Feeling really worn out the last couple days particularly so I haven't had a super-low cal day this week; it just doesn't seem sensible. The first time I've missed a fast day completely since I started 5:2 back in February but this is not an excuse - I'm listening to my body and my body says I need to eat.
