It does seem hard at first. Don't look for substitutes for bread, cake, chips, potatoes, etc - until eating low carb becomes habit. LCHF is actually a very satisfying, satisting way of eating.

I just started a serious low carb program, at least seriously low for me anyway. I have been feeling horribly tired, (I also have a cold). I've kept it less than 40 total grams a day, and I am down 5 lbs. already.
