Add salsa! It makes a big difference. Most also are pretty low in calories!

Hahahahaha, exactly add some spices or spice it up with banana peppers, put a couple of cut olives in there, or at least mustard and no sugar ketchup.

Hot sauce, tomatoes, peppers, onions, sausage, maybe cheese or even queso! Salsa is fantastic! (as mentioned)

YUM I gotta try this. I love spinach and yah the whites need a bit of flavour. But it binds the greens well.
