I was away from home and away from the computer over the weekend - a refreshing break although I was working.

Today we have the last of our one-day holidays for the season, so I'm taking the opportunity to go to the summer house and get some more cleaning and airing done.

Consequently I've decided to keep it low-cal today, but to postpone the fast day to tomorrow as I'll be busy and probably hungry today.
