Just Thought I'd put up a little info for today! I had work from 10-5 today so it was hard to get all my meals in... But I did it and I am looking forward to dinner. Spinach pasta, grilled chicken, Mushrooms and roasted red peppers.YUMMY! Weigh in went well considering I started two days ago. I'm still the same weight but I'm feeling good about the future.
