Okay so i weigh myself every morning at 5 am. Straight after I have my first pee of the day ( which is when I’ve been told is best to )
Day before yesterday I I was 14 stone 7 Yesterday I was 14 stone 5 and a quarter And today I am 14 stone 4! and three quarters.
