Okay so I have planned out lunch and dinner according to what I have in my cupboards for a whole 4 weeks !!

Noodles
Pasta
Celery
Bananas
microwave meals
Normal meals but smaller portions

I can do this !!!!!

have you tried drinking a large glass of say fizzy water around 15 to 20 minutes before eating, that can make u feel fuller when you eat.
