DAY ONE is Tomorrow
I will get up at 8am. Do 4 stretches of Yoga and do 50 squats
The first thing I eat will be at 12. ( lunch ) And that will be a Banana and a stalk of celery. ( 6+135 ) For Dinner it is Tuna Pasta ( Tin of Tuna. Couple handfuls of pasta Pasta. And 2 heaped tablespoons of mayonnaise ) ( let’s say 660 )
Probably makes the calorie intake about 800 calories.
