Who else loves Oatmeal? I added blueberries and strawberries, cashews butter and hempseed and chiaseed for fibers with almond milk and hint of cinnamon😍

Me. I make it with 2 oz oatmeal, and 6 oz frozen blueberries. Perfect, no sugar needed.

I'm so boring. Either just Splenda or a scoop of vanilla whey protein. Depending on what im doing doetwise.

I never thought of adding something like hempseed or chia seed to my oatmeal to add fiber, but your bowl looks delicious. I might have to try it! Glad you posted this pic. Thank-you!

I added chiaseed,hempseed and cashew butter not only for fiber but to keeps me fuller for longer.
