I had alcohol last night even worse 2X275ml bottle of Cider. I broke my commitment of zero alcohol until I lose 5Kg.

I'm not in despaired though. It's a new day we'll try again!!

Interesting thing about alcohol is that it in fact dehydrate you. So if you drink it the night before your weigh in you might weigh a bit less BUT will gain it the very next day!
