aku jarang olahraga kak. soalnya pulang kerja agak malem terus mesti beberes rumah 😂 olahraga seminggu sekali itu jg cuma jalan/lari keliling komplek. kalau diet nya lebih ke kurangi masakan yg berminyak sama defkal sih. sama cut jajan/beli makan diluar seminggu sekali.
