I need to get back on track after a wedding weekend with friends. Not that I was losing much anyway but at least there were no gains before. thinking of trying a Keto diet....
96.9 kg Lost so far: 6.3 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
