150gr gandum
70gr oat
Set sendok ragi instan
1-2 sendok minyak
1bks diabetasol
1 sendok cokelat bubuk
Sedikit himsalt

Oat d seduh dulu tunggu 15 menit lalu campurin semua bahan atur teksturnya kalo keras tambahin air trus klo dah kalis tunggu sekitar 45 menit baru deh d oven
