So, of course my weigh in was pitiful today and i hate feeling this way, but will carry on..trying to get through the loosing my mom thing has really F****d me up..but I know she wouldn't want me to give up and I'm not going to...OK that's out of the way...I need some goals..or...goal down and dirty easy right? Like back to journaling and counting...I lost fast when i was keeping track!!! Kinda funny when ya ain't markin' ya ain't loosin' actually not funny truth right there....so for the next week(easy) I'm markin'(down and dirty) guess I'm done here...Thanx for listening!
