Fast day today. I've managed to find a breakfast combo that's satisfying and enjoyable and about 60% of the calories of my usual breakfast, leaving me a little more substantial share of calories for the evening.
I'll be eating my breakfast in about an hour, at 11 o'c (I've been up since 6) and then have a second 250 cal meal this evening at about 7pm. I'll probably have a poached egg with some kind of salad or steamed veg - there's lots of lovely fresh produce available at the moment, my favourite time of year.
