Anyway. 8 week plan - 10 week plan to lose as much of this weight as I can. 19th April is my goal end date though ( my birthday) and Baby’s due date is 8th May but she’s my second ( 3rd but second this far ) so she may be early. Hence the early stop. But as soon as she’s born after that ... continue and live by !
