I’ve been sitting on a chair with my feet in the Rock N Fit letting it do my legs that way for a hour a day.
That’s cheating and I have no clue if it’s working 😂😂. Just not allowed to stand on it while pregnant. Vibration plates apparently never stand on when pregnant.....
