You are a very tall beautiful lady and have reached a healthy BMI. I’m still overweight as I’m short, but not very short 😋 average height of 166cm’s so I need to weigh at least 68kgs to be at a normal BMI. If you feel you want to have a BMI of 19. You will still be healthy. If you feel you want to lose a little more weight, why not? As long as you are happy with yourself that is what matters.

Aw thank you.
I'm pretty comfortable normally where I am now but maybe it's just an off day. Except my now gain lol. I'm 178 so I'm taller than most men nevermind women. Still thinking about dropping another 5 kgs but will have to see as I just purchased a wetsuit 🤔

Mind playing tricks on you. So used to feeling fat every now and again its sends the wrong message to the brain. You on top of your game, nothing more to be done than maintaining and enjoying the good things in moderation

, I promise you, just take today, hour by hour. loom at your body and concentrate on "normal" things that you grateful for. Touch your legs and say out loud , thank for carrying me and my ability to walk I'm grateful, and move through your whole body like that find something tiny and be grateful I promise you it works xxx
