11点煮了麻辣烫,放了半个火锅底料,没弄蘸料,食材吃了一半,今天就这一顿。还煮了焦糖奶茶,今天茶叶放的多,味道跟港式奶茶差不多。其余时间饿了喝酸奶。
今天主要练胳膊、腰腹、有氧
